Jesse Sumpter is a Classical educator interested in promoting a robust Liberal Arts education. He has taught for ten years. His classes include Latin, Greek, and Omnibus (an integrated humanities and philosophy program). Some of his writing has appeared at Kuyperian Commentary and The Imaginative Conservative. He is also the managing editor for the blogazine at CrossPolitic. He holds a Masters in Classical and Christian Studies from New St. Andrews College as well as an M.F.A. in poetry from Seattle Pacific University. He regularly studies the history of Liberal Arts education and he is currently working on a book about Protestantism and the history of Classical Education. Jesse and his wife, Kate, have a daughter and they live in Idaho.
